Ten Follow-along Karate Lessons for Young Children

Fifteen minute lessons for students ages 6 to 10 who are already practicing karate and wish to improve & learn new skills and terminology.

Course Summary

This course provides 10 follow-along lessons, each designed to keep your child actively engaged from start to finish.

Each lesson begins with a brief warm-up to get your child's body and mind ready.

In each session, six key techniques are practiced, building competence and confidence with each repetition.

To keep things lively, fun breaks are added to refresh concentration and focus.
Your children will remember essential karate terminology along the way, enriching their understanding of this martial art.

With a convenient duration of just fifteen minutes per lesson, these sessions are perfect for young children to repeat as often as they wish, thereby developing a strong karate foundation essential for all later karate technique learning.
